Arts and Crafts

Come along to our arts and craft sessions in the hall. Bring your own crafts to do and share your knowledge or just come for a chat. Sessions are fortnightly in the community hall from 10am to 1pm. This is a free event and morning tea is provided. To find out more follow our Facebook page or email hello@linvilleprogress.com.au

Markets

The Linville Markets are on the first Sunday of the month (except January). They showcase local art and craft, country and vintage items and produce. The markets are located in and around the grounds of the Community Hall.

Markets run from 7am to 12 noon.

On each market day the Linville Progress Association also organise a BBQ breakfast outside the Hall. The BBQ runs from 7:00 am to 9:30 am. Volunteers are always welcome. All money raised from the BBQ help maintain the hall and community gardens.

New stall owners are always welcome to showcase local art and craft, country and vintage items and produce.

Stall holders must adhere to the market policy which you can be viewed here.

A few key points from the market policy:

  • stall owners must pre book a site the week before each market day. To make a booking contact Gail on 0402845186
  • there are no permanent sites
  • if you turn up without a booking we will always try to accommodate you, but very likely you will be allocated a space in the grounds surrounding the hall
  • if you have a stall outside in the grounds you are to provide a marquee
  • stall owners will need to sign and comply with the market policy.
